Introït of a Syriac Mass in writing process

Founded on the liturgical book of the Syriac Mass, Korbono begins as a genesis of the world. Forces in action arise from airy and pure songs. For the composer, this place is a link. The energy of what operates in the sound of the Syriac language, transforms the ritual that becomes the intermediate place between heaven and earth.

Syriac, close to Aramaic, is at once guttural, having consonants and vocalic, with sweet diphthongs.

In the sound of the language one finds already the heaviness and the lightness.
