Murmures

Visual and sound installation at the Centre Pompidou-Metz, France. Multiple sonic sources recreate in the darkness a soundscape, invaded by a thousand noises: whistles, buzzing, crackling, sounds of animals. The wind, the rain, the fire, the night, everything emerges from the body of the composer …

Plunged into darkness and supplied with a frontal torch, the visitor animates the shadows of suspended forms of the ceiling.

A soundscape invades the space of a thousand whispers: the song of the birds, the wind, the night, the murmuring. The sound of an abundant nature arising only from the mouth of the composer. Questioning and experimenting in the dark, the debris of this Nature which resonate within us.
