This piece is also part of the series “The wind blows where it wills.” The train, the wind, the whispers of the soundtrack create a dreamlike world, the vague feeling of a timeless journey. There meets a great master of the zarb of the Persian tradition and a flutist who married the kaval, this archaic and subtle instrument, a pastoral flute of Turkish origin, played throughout Eastern Europe and to Anatolia. Each one takes with him his space of sound memory where resound his distant memories …
